As a happily married woman to a sweet husband for 14 years I am actually surprised to have seen such an article in my yahoo newsfeed. However, I intend to both bravely and wisely comment with respect to being sensitive to both the groom and bride to be. First things first, I would find out first if the kids also greenlighted their mom to attend. I say this only because the bride to be would need to weigh and it may carefully help her decide to still banish the ex from the wedding if the kids also asked her along. Second, how long ago was it before the bride to be met her fiance after his previous marriage and kids. I say this because it is common knowledge that sometimes exes are actually completely over their exes romantically speaking and maybe were moved to attend either because they were asked by the kids andor a mutual family member of friend as a show of solidarity and support. Information could have been included by the well meaning writer of this article on whether the groom to be's two adult children asked their mother to attend. I only say this because it sounds like the groom to be was and still is understandably super close to his two children and maybe is just inviting the ex more to show his two adult children that he wants them to feel safe to get along and communicate with both his wife to be and the mother of his two children. Information is also missing from the article on if the bride to be has any children, is trying to have children, or is voluntarily a child-free woman (I say this with respect to parents and kids, just with awareness that some women choose to be child-free with nothing against children or parents). Why does this matter- it is common knowledge to many people both men and women that to accept a man who already has children is also suppose to mean to the women that she accepts that the children are always going to be part of his life even after they are adults. I also want to avoid jumping on the bandwagon and telling the bride to dump the groom to be due to the fact that it is obvious from the letter that she is passionately in love with him, it is just that she needs some open minded and unbiased advice on how to resolve her feelings about her ex attending. I have personally been invited to an ex's wedding before as he knew that I was happily moved on by then and he was gracious and gentleman enough to understand when I politely made my reasons for not attending. However, at the time of me doing this I was and still are a voluntarily childfree woman with a supportive husband who also fortunately stands by me (again with nothing against parents or children). What does that have to do with anything-Well even if the bride to be has children she may come from a different background where even adult children may not factor in certain life events decided by the parent compared to maybe the groom being from a background where his children may be even a major factor in the type of romantic partner he chooses to be with. My point-the article is missing information on the status of if the bride to be has children and yes I still have much to learn in life yet even I can only wonder if maybe the bride to be would at least feel safe in asking his children about how important it is that their mother attends the wedding. If that is not feasible to her then she needs to ask herself if she is willing to accept that the groom to be's kids and their mother are going to be integral parts of his life. I want to avoid demonizing the groom to be because it is obvious that he probably already consulted with his kids before deciding and choosing that it is ok to invite their mother. I hope that both the bride to be and the groom to be go on to find happiness whatever the outcome yet two things must be addressed before their wedding can go forward; is the bride to be willing to push aggressively to get what she wants in the way of keeping the mother of the adult children of the groom out of the wedding and yet risk the adult children feeling that if only their feelings mattered more in the wedding equation. Additionally, the bride to be and the groom to be need to consult an unbiased pre marital therapist andor some type of church officical (based on their religion) about this concern to get an offline perspective. Reason being; Even if the bride to be herself has kids-both her and the groom to be on the same page about the roles andor indirect influence on how his adult children and their mother are going to play especially since it sounds like maybe the groom to be is in love with his fiance yet may be surprised about the fiance's reaction about his ex attending because he (the groom to be) may be feeling that he more than proved his romantic love to the bride to be by proposing to her in the first place even with his marital background (as it is common knowledge that even prior married men with kids can be gun shy about marrying a second time around in their lives).

Congrats to Andrew McCabe for being offered another job by Mark Pocan which would give him a chance to bounce back quicker in the aftermath of his job situation. I reluctantly confess that I am learning that it truly matters the most how much money I manage to keep more than make. This is even with me being blessed with a work history that has me being able to remember what it is like to manifest at least 3000 dollars a month after taxes, 768 dollars a month after taxes, 2100 dollars a month,1400 dollars a month after taxes etc. Additionally, I am grateful for my current job that pays me very well for what I do and where I am feel that I am treated fairly by my leaders. It is actually tricky for an American born woman like myself to even discuss politics at times as I have some family members on my facebook feed who it appears have different political beliefs than me and are also spiritual and probably also consider themselves fortunate in multiple ways. Despite my political beliefs I feel that Andrew McCabe deserves another chance and I would still feel the same way even if multiple Republicans give him job offers. The timing that other articles give on what happened to him job-wise suggests that he actually gave years of professional public service and for other employers to offer him second chances shortly after the controversy also speaks positively of the spirit of what America stands for in terms of abundant employment opportunity for the many who strive for the best in life professionally/employment wise speaking.

I would not dare minimize a woman or even a man who feels sexually harassed in their work environment regardless of whether it is advertising or some other workplace. However, the truth of the matter is that sexual harassment andor rape can take place at any workplace if left unchecked whether private sector, military, andor government. I am sympathetic to a woman or a man who experiences sexual harassment regardless of their job position. However, it is very imperative whenever possible to try to warn the person committing the sexual harassment that they are crossing the line whether it is in advertising andor another field. Responding to this article is a catch 22 situation and I prefer to avoid dismissing a male or female who feels sexually harassed regardless of their position at work. However, it is important to bravely confront the person who is committing the sexual harassment regardless of their position. I believe the author is telling the truth with her sexual harassment experience yet information is missing in the article on how many women that she knew in the advertising field at least simply said no when they were sexually harassed andor sexually propositioned. I wish Tara Button much career success and great prosperity in her life especially as she demonstrates self confidence and assertiveness by at least confronting a controversial topic such as what is addressed in this article of women working in adversiting yet I respectfully gently suggest for future articles more meat/information is included on maybe at least if she knew of any women who at least provided a gentle warning andor notification to the men involved that they felt sexually harassed. Even now as a November 8 2016 Hillary Clinton voter, I am fine with admitting that I still believe that more women can eventually be elected into more important positions of power and even President before the year 2035 andor sooner. Despite my personal beliefs and both my intuitive and logical awareness of the site I am commenting on I do believe that both Barbara Lee and Debbie Walsh are coming from the intent to inform and start an important mainstream media on the significant important of women in politics. However, I reluctantly admit that from picking up some of the information I gathered online, more candidates in the future whether male or female are probably going to have to have private sector experience to gain an important political edge as shown in the last election. It is tough for me to even share that as I very much believed up until the year 2016 that employment experience in the private sector should not have mattered for political positions to begin with when paired with the political experience that Clinton had. Before you ask-yes I am saying this with fortunately having private sector employment experience in my background coupled with military experience.

I would not dare minimize a woman or even a man who feels sexually harassed in their work environment regardless of whether it is advertising or some other workplace. However, the truth of the matter is that sexual harassment andor rape can take place at any workplace if left unchecked whether private sector, military, andor government. I am sympathetic to a woman or a man who experiences sexual harassment regardless of their job position. However, it is very imperative whenever possible to try to warn the person committing the sexual harassment that they are crossing the line whether it is in advertising andor another field. Responding to this article is a catch 22 situation and I prefer to avoid dismissing a male or female who feels sexually harassed regardless of their position at work. However, it is important to bravely confront the person who is committing the sexual harassment regardless of their position. I believe the author is telling the truth with her sexual harassment experience yet information is missing in the article on how many women that she knew in the advertising field at least simply said no when they were sexually harassed andor sexually propositioned. I wish Tara Button much career success and great prosperity in her life especially as she demonstrates self confidence and assertiveness by at least confronting a controversial topic such as what is addressed in this article of women working in adversiting yet I respectfully gently suggest for future articles more meat/information is included on maybe at least if she knew of any women who at least provided a gentle warning andor notification to the men involved that they felt sexually harassed. Again this is far from minimizing the women she referenced who were shocked at the sexual harassment andor sexual propositioning they endured. Rather, I am addressing that maybe at least sharing one or two stories on if any of the women she knew at least gave some of these men a gentle warning would add more energetic zing to this powerful controversial topic that Button is self confident to touch upon.
