Millennials are moving to America’s cities — and not just the biggest ones. While places like New York City and Los Angeles remain millennial magnets, research from real estate analytics firm RCLCO shows that smaller cities, from Virginia Beach, Va., to Riverside, Calif., are actually seeing the most relative growth in their population of 25-to-34-year-olds. Virginia Beach’s uptick in millennials — a 16% increase from 2010 to 2015 in the metro area — is no surprise to Bryan Stephens, president of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, which includes Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Newport News. Several years ago, Stephens’ department asked local millennials what would make the region a more attractive place to live, work and raise a family. In response to the survey’s results, the city has focused on extending a Norfolk light rail, which launched in 2011, as well as developing new restaurants and revamping city centers. “All of that has been deliberately evolved over the past few years,” Stephens says. I understand where Ed Rendell is coming from and I too agree that Joe Biden would be calm and self confident even when dealing with challenges and utilize great wisdom. I too also agree that age should not be a factor but I am concerned about what Biden would do to win over voters who may and still continue to subtly discriminate against older people age 35 or older and who legally get away with it. If that does not work your local employment center has career counselors who can also vouch for you reference wise provided you work with them. Additionally, I have been blessed to work for companies who care more about your qualifications and what you have to offer them which take precedence over who will speak about you from the previous company. Last, but not least, I know from referencing a case study online that sometimes you can still rebound and find another job if you have to provided you have the right qualifications in certain fields and know enough people even outside your job who can vouch for you. In the area I reside, less than 3 years ago, a professional affiliated with public relations made mainstream news and even had to resign from their job because of some stereotyped race based comments they made that were found online. Out of curiosity, I looked up his profile some time later and found that he was able to easily find another public relations job in the same area-he did not even have to relocate when usually being accused of discrimination in the diverse area where I live would make it harder for someone accused of racism to find another job in a different field. However, I noticed that the individual I was curious about easily found another job in communications and in the same metropolitan area. My point even if I sound crude doing so; what Shereisa Ngo says may be true for some employees in certain fields especially if no attempt is made to retrain, however what Ngo implies does not have to be set in stone or gospel if a person is willing to either try a different job andor meet more people who could help get another job in the same area and I am fortunate to have seen such an example just from researching online. I apologize if I may have offended anybody with what I wrote and I am aware that I may even sound like a jerk by what I just said. However, something in me compelled me to bravely speak up because I respectfully disagree with what Ngo is implying and believe that a person could find another job even without a particular reference from a certain job if they are willing to expand their job horizons andor work on expanding their social life in the case of a person who needs more job references but wants to stay working in their field andor stay in the area that they are already living in.

Additionally Trump had appeal with older voters, a segment that is sometimes overlooked by both some Democrats and some Republicans. I really do think that Oprah might have a chance if she can also win over older voters who are currently over age 40 both men and women regardless of their race or economic background. I can understand if she would want to focus more on the young votes yet overlooking trying to win over the older voters would have all of us in 2020 having to prepare for the reality of President Donald Trump. I hope and pray that President Donald Trump is not encouraging her to run simply because Oprah running for President in 2020 would make it that much easier for him to be President Donald Trump in 2020. Last, but not least, if Oprah runs in 2020, she must find a way to reach out to Hillary Clinton and deal with questions on if she supported Hillary Clinton enough in her own campaign in 2016. I say this more as an American born voter because I have already seen a comment online of someone who felt that Oprah could have done more to support Hillary Clinton in 2016 (no this commenter was not me but another persuasive commenter). The part where Steve Bannon says that Donald Trump Jr. was going to crack like an egg under the Russian investigation is not what I consider vindictive. I believe that Bannon was only bluntly telling the truth about what he feels may happen. Additionally, Bannon was only implying of the legal risks of what may occur due to Donald Trump Jr. meeting with a group of Russian professionals without certain people from the government present. Steve Bannon only waded into being slightly vengeful territory when he named called Ivanka Trump, it does not matter how many people agree with him. It is just that it was obvious even to someone like me that had he avoided name calling Ivanka Trump he might have came out unscathed. I am far from a Steve Bannon fan politically speaking. However, both Stephen Miller and Corey Lewandowski, while understandably defending who they politically support, need to also take into account less than a year ago Bannon was Trump's right hand man and who knows if Bannon may mysteriously re-emerge to help Donald Trump behind the scenes in 2020. Unless Steve Bannon dies before 2020 it is doubtful that Steve Bannon is going to fade from public view, what has publicly happened to him has probably only emboldened him. Place 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl and set aside. Line a large platter with some paper towels and set aside.
In a large skillet, pour in enough canola oil to cover the bottom to a depth of 1/4 inch. Preheat the skillet on medium heat while you get the tuna cakes ready to cook.
In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna and the eggs. Stir vigorously until tuna is well coated with eggs and evenly sized. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and stir vigorously again until the mixture is well combined and moist.
Scoop a small amount into your hand and gently shape into a patty. Place the patty in the bowl of breadcrumbs, then flip to coat the other side. Slip the patty into the oil. Continue to make patties and place them in the skillet until you run out of space.
Check the first patties you put in the skillet. When they are nicely golden brown, flip them and continue cooking for another minute or two until both sides are evenly colored. Remove from skillet and place on the paper towel-covered platter.
Continue to make tuna cake patties from the mixture until you've used it up. Serve tuna cakes immediately.

Additionally I applaud Facebook for at least being honest and transparent in admitting that some of their stories are meant to manipulate various emotions. Other articles online, including possibly this author, are also meant to manipulate emotions one way or another whether they want to admit it or not. This is a great and better article by Quentin Fortrell but as I implied in my previous post at least Facebook has the courage to admit what they are doing as even I can intuitively and logically see that they are far from the only online and offline media company toying with people's emotions. I just finally wisely and intuitively realized it for sure by late 2017/early 2018.

As Fottrell reference, kudos to the 35 year old woman for having a nearly paid off home and over a years worth of living expenses. I respectfully disagree with him on the timeline that a person should have a year's expenses saved up as it depends on their job but I do agree that it is important to strive to save up to a years worth of living expenses as soon as possible and a 3 to 6 month money necessity fund as soon as possible and one can always turn their money situation around regardless of how old they are andor even if they have to go back to school to do so in the face of skepticism and harsh public judgment from others. In his defense the article actually inspires me to take action on at least one side business idea I have. Additionally, I am going to avoid jumping on the bandwagon and judge the woman's fiance as other people have. However, what I will say is that the woman and her fiance need to sit down together and work it out where both want to live long-term. For instance, if the financially prosperous woman wants to live in North Carolina andor Florida long-term andor expects a wedding ring on her finger pronto then this could be a challenge if her fiance wants to stay in Maryland no matter what. Maybe they could compromise and choose somewhere such as Virginia. Yes, I know that this sounds like common sense but me thinks that this woman is hiding more to this story andor holding back even from Fottrell more than she would like to believe even if she believes that she is revealing enough herself. I'm a woman who also likes to sometimes root for other women even if they are my critics andor rivals but she sounds like moving in with him would not be a problem if she wasn't expected to help him. Yes, it would be unfair to call her a golddigger as many people may still be judgmental if the genders were reversed. However, I question if she loves him unconditionally because moving in with him while building a side business herself should not be a problem if she truly loves him. Yes, I do know about loving your man even if you make more than him because from 2005 until 2015 I relatively made more money year round than my husband. I even gave up my prized mazda3 car to a Virginia Beach Virginia Carmax back in 2008 to help him with the Orlando Florida timeshare attached to his name. Partially due to my physical appearance stemming from being a mixed race American born woman I intuitively pick up the judgments from women and men from other races who I can easily guess probably stereotype and think that it is only my husband who has loved me regardless of how much money I made when it is I who has also loved my husband even when I made more after tax yearly money. The yearly part is also why I reluctantly admit that I intend to do what I legally have to in order to have a yearly after tax income again and partially why I am in the process of slimming my body weight. Fortunately, I have lost some weight since yesterday even without me walking which gives me hope that I can manifest making a yearly after tax income for my husband and I sooner than I initially thought possible.

I truly wish the woman referenced in the article good luck and I believe that she is telling the truth about being a beautiful woman with a daughter. However, being intuitively aware that I am a minority in these comments she also needs to understand that if her man was able to attract her then there is a good chance that he is going to be able to find himself a sugar mama down the road regardless if the sugar mama has children or if she is voluntarily child-free. My point; I know from experience that true love is heaven sent but a person's money situation can always get better regardless of their age. A man who wants a woman that is financially better off than him is not wrong to do so as it is commonly accepted for even popular women in Western societies to look at a man's net worth. I have an intuitive feeling that her 55 year old boyfriend probably is going to miss her but happily move on to another sugar mother maybe a successful military woman or wealthy woman employed in a year round federal government job. Meanwhile 10 years down the road, the beautiful woman of the article will find other men as well but the novelty of others congratulating her for leaving her older boyfriend is going to wear off and she is going to want to go back to the older boyfriend. However, I have an intuitively feeling that the older boyfriend is going to happily be moved on, may still be cordial to her, but politely explain to her and mean it that she has hurt him before and he prefers to avoid being romantically hurt again. Meanwhile the beautiful 35 year old woman with a daughter and I mean that sarcasm free is yes going to go on and do well money wise and even find other men both her age and older but is also going to secretly wish that she listened to her heart and found a way to get the home she wanted while staying with her boyfriend. Staying with her boyfriend could have proved to him in a positive way that she believed in him. If I was the 55 year old boyfriend, I would consider eventually moving/relocating to a military dominated state andor a state where there are many well off military women andor women employed in the federal government to find another woman who is just as financially stable if not more so. He could also find a decent paying job for himself in that type of area. Please understand I do believe in his ability to bounce back even if he stays in his current home. However, by staying in his current home and area he risks only being able to maybe find quality women from his job who may expect him to put a ring on their finger even more so than the 35 year old woman who just left him and if the women are single whether younger or older he may risk them inflicting great revenge on him if he changes his mind about staying with his work based romances. No I am not implying that he hook up with a married sugar mama as she would be revenge free but she is only going to want casual sex/a friends with sexual benefits situation and is most likely not going to ever leave her husband for him for good reasons. Rather, I am implying that the 55 year old man would bounce back quicker if he relocates to an area where there are a multitude of child free women and women with children who are employed in the military andor federal government sector in year round jobs and doing well such as California, Virginia, Washington D.C. Florida but I would personally recommend either Northern Virginia in close proximity of the Washington D.C. area or Hampton Roads Virginia-Virginia Beach Virginia, Norfolk Virginia, Chesapeake Virginia etc.

First off, I have personally experienced multiple benefits to facebook when I consciously and wisely use facebook as a tool to generate greater good in my life for both present and future via multiple ways.Even I already intuitively and logically sensed this which is why I intend to continue to wisely be more careful about my own activities when on facebook but to be fair this is also another helpful article by Quentin Fottrell pertaining to the importance of allowing oneself to still utilize facebook yet to also moderate personal facebook use when on the facebook website.

I am going to avoid passing judgment on what Fleet Forces Commander Phil Davidson is saying as I use to personally serve in the navy and sometimes a person might be required even when their boss tried getting the proper manning to forgo 7 to 8 hours of sleep and survive on 4 to 6 hours instead. Additionally, the navy is very accomodating at allowing a person to take a nap during their lunch break at sea depending on the person's job. However, the only caveat is that this may naturally reduce the amount of females who are voluntarily willing to do their military time at sea for reasons I prefer to avoid going into at this point.

With this library opening on June 14, I am guessing easily a high number of middle and high schoolers and their parents are going to eagerly flock to this library.
My husband and I lived in Norfolk Virginia from part of February 2008 until part of April 2009 and we even visited parts of Virginia Beach Virginia during some of my free time after work. However, in all the time we were there we have yet to visit the actual beach in Virginia Beach Virginia despite the fact that we both went to the 2008 Neptune Beach festival together.
