I'm compassionate about a friend (that I met through a college class back in 2010)who does number 5 of this article but the level of hurtfulness escalates when that same friend does both number 5 and number 6 (I strive to be compassionate of said friend in spite of that because my self-confidence is slightly higher than theirs and I understand that they just wish to have the same type of loving husband that I do, analyzing from their facebook posts). However, I'm starting to wonder if it is best to just let them be and let the friendship completely go/i.e. release them peacefully/drama-free when they publicly asked me how I was doing on facebook (even though I know that they could easily reach me via private facebook messaging and they could actually take the time to call me because they do have my cell phone number) and they gave me no answer when I privately asked them via their facebook messaging if they wanted to hang out and/or go bowling (even though it has been around over at least 5-6 months since we last hung out). I have compassion for them seeking help psychologically and respecting their honesty but I personally feel psychologically unsafe and a little guarded with a person who claims that they want geniune people but turns around and acts nosy and privately evades hanging out with me as a friend shortly after they seemed to publicly put me on blast on facebook in the facade of being concerned about me knowing full well both my family members and friends would see the post (I only met this friend through a college class so it was my own fault for overlooking things that my soul was trying to show me as warning signs but I ignored because I wanted a friend and she seemed nice even with my self-confidence being higher than hers). However, I do geniunely wish this college friend well even if we do not ever hang out again (and I shamelessly admit that if that were the case even if by their choice I completely forgive both myself and the friend). Another friend, is a resilient woman who I met through my previous job in 2014 and seems highly self confident and I appreciated that they took me in as their friend despite other coworkers making fun of me due to my unconventional personality and Southern California/American Kansas type of speech accent. This second work related friend even stood by me after I was unfairly pushed out of my previous job. However, I do not now know the status of that friendship due to having to say no to a request that I intuitively knew I had to decline. It may sound mean/abrasive but I'm neutral/worry-free about saving the friendship with the friend I met through a college class but writing this has made me sure that I want try to save the friendship I have with the friend I met through my previous job. I also wish the work related friend well regardless of what happens with our friendship.However, regardless of what becomes of either one of the two mentioned friendships,I do intend to step out of my comfort zone to make more friends even if what I have to do scares me at times and/or completely shocks even me..

I’m keeping this not to judge Tinsley Mortimer but to instead keep as a cautionary tale to myself to always live where I have a great chance of building a career life for myself, regardless of what my friends critics,and family think. It is not easy for me to even publicly write this because I have an amazing husband who would be fine with me being a homemaker and I do not take that for granted. However, I take this article as proof that I need to stick with my plan to permanently reside in either Virginia, College Park/Bethesda Maryland, or California regardless of career/financial obstacles and what others think of my idea to at least live in the state/city that my intuition prefers. I think Tinsley Mortimer would be fine if she allows herself to move back to where she really wants to live-whether it is New York or Palm Beach Florida and ignore both of her exes even if they parade their new loves or careers in front of her. I have been on various sides of the financial income spectrum (i.e. making at least 2-3 thousand after taxes and at times making around 1000 dollars or less each month after taxes), which makes me feel comfortable to comment. I think Nordstrom's can stay competitive, even in less wealthier areas, if they move some of their stores into places that have either a high military presence and/or federal government presence (i.e. the Norfolk, Virginia area, the Washington D.C. area etc). I say this because I noticed that some businesses that open their chains where there are alot of military or government employees usually thrive (due to the military and government employees having more stable and disposable income available as many other private sector minimum wage employees are more affected by whatever hours they get from their employers in a given week). Additionally, I have been inside Nordstrom's before and see some of the quality clothes that they have. However, many poorer shoppers they could be attracting frequently shop at Burlington Coat Factory, Target, Certain Thrift Stores, Amazon.com etc. I think Nordstrom can stay competitive if they offer an affordable discounted line in addition to keeping their other clothing lines tailored to customers making at least 2-3 grand ore more after taxes.

I see that the author, Michael F Kay of this Forbes article means well, but I actually need more articles on making more money outside of the usual traditional minimum wage job that are marijuana free. Please understand that I’m not trying to undermine people who make a living from the business of marijuana. It is just that my side hustles must be marijuana free and still legal because even if Congress makes marijuana legal tomorrow I prefer to have a marijuana free side hustle due to the fact that drugs are one of the reasons why my late biological mother treated me the way she did, and probably why she let who was either her client and/or boyfriend have his way with me when I was just 5-6 years old and rape me (I do forgive my late biological mother, I’m just making a point why I feel very strongly about having a marijuana free/drug free side hustle) and why I ended up in foster care (although I’m grateful for my adopted parents for taking me in and my family members that I gained from being adopted). I think that President Obama’s initiative to hire more military veterans for government jobs is a well intentioned plan. My husband patiently explained to me that the resentment could stem from people who have lived here in the Washington D.C. area all their life and are concerned about the number of veterans who can easily come from outside the Washington D.C. area and obtain a government job here in the area. However, as a military veteran myself, I would say that some people who are resentful of military veterans getting hired in government jobs may mean well and have justified reasons for their resentment, but some of the people who are feeling resentful may not see what many former military people have to go through-in terms of blood, sweat, and/or tears while they are serving in whatever military branch they are in before they even try for government jobs. I admit that I have actively been trying for a federal government job since at least 2013 in the Washington D.C. area and do not feel the least resentful of someone who does get a job in the federal government because the issue of cost of living and what it takes to live in the Washington D.C. area (without needing section 8 housing assistance and/or foodstamps) is bigger than who gets a federal government job and who doesn’t (at least to me it is).

I’m of two minds on this one because yes I see how it can be considered scandalous that Helen Gurley Brown’s husband David Brown actually spearheaded the book instead of herself as many people may have initially believed. However, I think that it is admirable that Helen Gurley Brown had both a lasting marriage and a successful career simultaneously. I say this because it is common knowledge that strangers and sometimes even friends and/or acquaintances like to sometimes tear other women apart (either publicly or privately) when they can manage both a lasting marriage and/or career success. The fact that she at least appeared to have died after a successful and lucrative career doing what she loves is what I believe is a positive takeaway from this story-because it is common knowledge that many single and married women of both the childfree persuasion and happily with children would love both prosperous and lucrative careers.
