My husband was actually the one who I have to credit with telling me about some of the newer burgers at the McDonald's near where we live.   I know the judgment I may face for admitting this but I did recently have some burgers from there this past Saturday. The new burgers include the options of  sweet bbq bacon, maple bacon dijon, and pico guacamole.

I admit that my husband and I like to keep our options open when it comes to which grocery stores to shop at, including how often (we both like Costco yet also keep our options open to other grocery stores Giant, Aldis, sometimes Target because it is next to one of the closest shopping malls near where we live, we have been to  Shoppers Grocery store in College Park, Maryland more than once before etc. Aldi's is also another store that I keep in mind to get groceries for my husband and I due to their variety and cheap prices. I admit that one of my guilty pleasures from Aldi's is their chocolate chip brioche bread.


I'm keeping this zucchini recipe list featured to keep in mind some zucchini ideas for the summer, especially due a dream that I had in the past where I was watching a cooking demonstration literally in one of my sleep time dreams of watching who was either a cook or chef (I truthfully couldn't make out the identity of the cook or chef)make salmon and what looked to be fried zucchini in the dream.

I confess that I would rather eat a much smaller portion of what I truly want to eat at some of these restaurants featured than a larger portion of what is considered healthy yet not close to what I would want to eat. However, the recommendation of two medium garden fresh slices of pizza from Papa Johns sounds doable and realistic from a tasty standpoint.

My husband is actually the one who influenced me to like to eat at Taco Bell since around 2005/2006 when we were living in Mayport, Florida together (through the navy) and around  spring 2011 some time after we moved to the Washington D.C. area in 2010 (there use to be one near where the major Langley park Maryland bus stop is located).  We now usually go to either of the two that are located in College Park Maryland and may try it when it comes out.

I admit that I intend to keep what this article says in mind (when it comes to selective fasting and skipping dinner) because it actually helps me save time and money when it comes to cooking. My husband is also supportive of me implementing this idea as it saves major money on groceries (especially when it comes to me being in the process of working on securing legal employment and money sources for May 18 to August 13). The only caveat that I need to work on is working it into an extended walking routine if I decide to walk later in the day after walking earlier in the day before eating the meal (especially as it gets hotter outside during the summer).

When it comes to the money budget of my husband and I, bacon is cost effective because it can go with either regular burritos/tacos, as a cutup fixture in salads, as just a breakfast item with bacon and scrambled eggs. My husband and I have at ate Moe's Southwest Grill before when we were living in Orlando, Florida and also when we were living on the Mayport Naval base in Mayport, Florida. Currently, Costco, Giant, and Aldi's are the grocery stores that are most compatible with the grocery budget that my husband and I have. However, I intend to keep this list for reference use because I know that there is a possibility that the grocery store(s) that I shop at could change, especially by the year 2020 where I am going to reside in a completely different location from where I am at now, but where I am an even more prosperous financial provider for my husband and I.

I admit that I have tried intermittent fasting to great success once I make up my mind on which meals to eat during the week. There have been times where the intermittent fasting has actually boosted my energy and it helps my food budget. The only caveat is that I am still in the process of finding more information on what to drink during the fasting period and more online links for support and information.
